“Rise” Music Video

Original song I produced from 10 samples of my favorite songs for a project to learn Adobe software for Time class. Part two of the project was to produce a music video for our song, which I directed, filmed, and edited.

The theme of the short film is inspired by the critique of the song from peers in my class, who described the song as a groovy acid trip. Others described it as the feeling of the orange sun. The video is a play on the double meaning of a trip: on acid and traveling to a warmer place.

Software used: Adobe Audition, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Procreate.
